An immediate opportunity presents for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

**Position Description**:
Working in a team environment, this role reports into the Credit & Admin Manager and the key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Data integrity checks on all accounts
- Perform credit reviews on existing accounts when required
- Varying tasks relevant to master data maintenance
- Assign price scheduling to new accounts and maintain any price changes to existing customers
- Upcoming PPSR Registrations and PPSR Discharges as required
- Create and maintain customer credit card profiles
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholder
- Ad hoc tasks to assist the wider team
- Process invoices and various credit card payments as required
- Back up reception duties including answering incoming calls
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive and vibrant personality, with a keen desire to learn and develop
- High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
- Keen eye for detail and strong attention to detail
- Show initiative and be proactive in solving issues
