We are currently searching for a detail oriented and seasoned individual with experience managing a variety of administration duties to join our team based in Huntingwood, NSW as HSE Admin Support. Access our Wellness at Linde resource and leverage our Employee Assistance Program.* Shape your professional development with over 18,000 learning resources on us - completely free for you to access* Work alongside industry professionals and be mentored to grow your knowledge.* A birthday gift to celebrate you each year.* Discounted private health insurance.* Anniversary bonuses to celebrate your milestones with us.* Fast track into your dream car through our novated lease partner.* All eligible employees have the potential to earn money for referrals - refer a successful candidate after you join and receive $$$* Linde Material Handling is proudly supporting Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds not-for-profit foundation- access all available resources from HHTS.* Access to discounted gym memberships via Fitness Passport for you and your family.# **Tasks and Qualifications:**Your responsibilities:* Administer our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system (Donesafe), including employee movements, incident tracking, training, and audit reporting.* Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with WHS and ISO standards, managing documentation, records, approvals, and contributing to internal ISO audits.* Actively assist in a variety of projects, from planning and data collection to execution and reporting, supporting key safety and environmental initiatives.* Coordinate safety related training programs (e.g., Forklift, First Aid), maintain comprehensive training registers, and draft impactful communications and toolbox talks to inform and educate staff.* Prepare and obtain applicable approvals on a variety of reports, ensuring data integrity and contributing to presentations for various stakeholders.* Act as the primary contact for external contractor platforms, oversee document uploads, induction processes, and maintain the accuracy and currency of certificates and business documentation.Requirements for success:* Previously completed, or currently pursuing studies in Business Administration or a related field desirable.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with the ability to learn new systems.* Robust interpersonal communication, both written and verbal to ensure clear messaging and development of strong relationships internally and externally.* Demonstrated organisational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities.* Upholds high levels of professionalism, ethical conduct and confidentiality.If this role sounds like your next big opportunity, please send through a copy of your current resume and cover letter.Please note, a pre-employment medical and reference checks are a part of our recruitment process.*We do not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies.**LMHAU is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
