**Your Role**

You'll be the first point of contact for Procurement enquiries. Assisting the Manager - Procurement in the procurement of materials, services and supplies for the Organisation.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Assisting with purchasing and order preparation ensuring the goods, materials, services and supplies are of the quality specified.
- General administrative support duties as required or directed.
- Preparing detailed documents using business software.
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of procurement systems.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

**Role Requirements**
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Current Queensland drivers' licence
- Sound knowledge of procurement in a diverse Organisation.
- Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated high level of computer literacy including word processing, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to ensure job/responsibilities are completed on time.
