About the Role

This is a diverse and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in supporting the sales team to deliver exceptional service and results, while also helping to create an uplifting and organised office environment.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Administration support across appraisals, listings, marketing, and sales activity;
  • Coordinating marketing bookings and materials — and ensuring every detail is spot on;
  • Maintaining database accuracy and managing contacts, calendars, and tasks;
  • Managing listing campaigns and preparing weekly vendor reports;
  • Taking ownership of your workflow and priorities;
  • Providing polished, professional communication to clients for an exceptional end-to-end experience; and
  • Contributing to our amazing office culture — helping organise team events, meetings, and celebrating birthdays and milestones

What You'll Bring

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with exceptional organisation and time management skills;
  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease;
  • Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presentation;
  • The ability to adapt quickly and stay cool under pressure;
  • Previous real estate administration experience is ideal but not essential — we'll happily train the right person with the right mindset
