**Your New Role**:
The primary objective of the Concierge team is to ensure the seamless arrival and departure experience of all visitors to Australian Unity while also managing the client meeting room space and events.

**Put our customer front and center by**
- Ensuring exemplary service is provided to all visitors (internal & external) as the first point of contact for Australian Unity’s Head Office
- Utilising the “service pillars” (welcoming, attentive, polished, personalised, engaging) in all interactions (visitors, colleagues and contractors)
- Having a “can do” approach
- Ensuring the facility is well-maintained (cleaning/maintenance)
- Ensuring visitor requests are addressed in a timely fashion and any delays are communicated
- Cross-promoting Australian Unity’s suite of services where possible through brochures and other collateral

**Make a difference in our community by**
- Engaging with other tenants within the building
- Connecting with industry, local business and community bodies to the benefit of Australian Unity
- Being an ambassador for Australian Unity’s Reconciliation and Disability Action Plan

**Create a great place to work by**
- Adhering to Australian Unity’s principles of “who we are” and through strict adherence to Australian Unity’s code of conduct
- Being a team player across the broader Australian Unity business
- Assist in the onboarding of new staff and sharing experiences, improvement ideas and initiatives to build a successful team
- Support making Australian Unity a safe place to work in line with “Our Way Of Being Safe” and “Psychological Safety”
- Complete any other tasks as directed by the Concierge Manager, Spring Street Operations Manager or other Australian Unity Management

**About You**:

- Experience with a previous concierge or similar role preferred
- Problem solving skills and solution focus
- High level of personal presentation
- Flexible availability - able to work some extended hours
- Communicate openly with a view to building relationships
- Seek and respond to feedback
- Manage personal growth
