**About the Role**

The focus of this role is to lead your team in delivering industry leading concierge services to tenants and owners across 7 commercial buildings in the Melbourne CBD. Our concierge act as the face of the building and provide a professional service.

This role also includes assisting the Asset Managers to maintain the site and providing exceptional service experiences for all tenants.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the team to provide exceptional concierge services
- Assist the team in handling inquiries and concerns in an efficient manner
- Manage all daily operational requirements
- Maintain a high presence across all buildings and assist in peak periods as required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
- Be pro-active in your approach to the job and work within the specific standards and procedures
- Provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to issues
- Maintain and implement training programs for staff
- Emergency management including fulfilling the role as chief warden
- Prepare work schedules and rosters
- Operational reporting

The position of Concierge Supervisor requires organisational, leadership, customer service and management skills ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness is always maintained.

**Ideally you will have**:

- 2 years’ experience as a Concierge Team Leader/Supervisor preferably from a 4-5-star international hotel
- Personal belief in customer service and quality
- High standard of personal presentation
- Outgoing and people minded
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Possess good organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of EWIS, CCTV and Access Control systems
