We are currently seeking a **Corporate Reception Supervisor **to join our team onsite at one of our premium corporate clients. You will be providing exceptional high level receptionist services.

**Key duties**
- Supporting the site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the guest services department
- ensuring established procedures are exceeded and registrations with regards to both expected and unexpected arrivals
- Booking meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
- Manage and document client feedback

**The Person**
- At least 2+ years experienced in a comparable supervisory reception/client service role
- Excellent communication skills with Impeccable personal presentation
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Advanced administration skills
- Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality

**_**Due to the nature of these roles, a baseline background check will be completed prior to starting, therefore full time working rights and either residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement**_**
