**What you’ll be doing**:
To start you’ll enjoy a cuppa with your Executive Manager to give you taste of who we are, our mission and how we plan to achieve it (our Growth-For-Impact Strategy). You’ll then become familiar with legislation, regulations and our key organisational policies and procedures. With our exciting future in mind, you’ll then build your process for consistent policy & procedure review to keep abreast of legislative changes, industry standards and best practice. Being naturally collaborative you’ll ensure all stakeholders have a voice on policy and procedural amendments by engaging with working groups, committees and projects. You’ll coordinate, update and upload documentation while archiving those which are superseded. Sounds of interest? Check out the PD attached below.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience (desirable)
- Have previous experience writing business or governance documentation & procedural materials for a range of audience
- Are known for your impressive written & verbal communication skills
- Enjoy developing and maintaining valuable stakeholder relationships
- Stand proud of briefing papers, reports or discussion papers you have written in your time
- Love to research and interpret legislation
- Have good analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
