We are looking for a self-motivated, confident and dynamic individual to join our Quality and Compliance Team in a part time capacity (4 days per week).

Utilising your well-developed policy writing skills to enable best practice and compliance within the NDIS Practice Standards.

Collaborating across business areas in the organisation, you’ll facilitate and participate in workshops, focus and reference groups as well as work with stakeholders to develop policies and procedures that reflect and support operational and strategic needs.

Participating in organisational wide quality audits, you’ll draw on your attention to detail and showcase your accuracy skills.

Salary will be determined based on your experience. For this role, the salary band ranges from $ 72,163.52 - $ 77,459.20 + super + salary packaging.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and well developed interpersonal and relationship building skills
- High level writing skills and attention to detail and experience in social policy development, review and implementation
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards
- Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain policies and procedures to scheduled version control
