The Showroom assistant role is a casual position offering up to 20hrs per week, there is some flexibility here with the scope to further grow the role and hours. You are: - Self motivated - Proactive and can sense an opportunity - Keen to learn and build a career with a supportive group Role Description: - Shopify - Pack/send all orders - Manage inventory > help identify low stock and or best sellers (work with sales and production to stay on top of all stock holdings) - Quarterly stocktake management & monthly spot checks - Boss all returns & exchanges - Understand the website back-end with the ability to add, edit and remove product - Help identify & direct enquiries - Manage local jobs (small qty) - In’s & Out’s - Help organise local and international couriers/freight - Manage local embroidery/printing send out’s - Present incoming local embroidery/printing to product team for QC’ing - Communicate internally between design, production & sales. - Showroom - Greet customers - Help maintain a clean & presentable showroom - Master POS - Resources - Order all packing materials - Boxes - Satchels - Tape - Postcards/stickers - Stationary Growth: - Build customer base, solve for more sales and greater retention
