Agile Energy is a renewable energy asset developer that solves energy challenges for businesses throughout Australia. We manage all project stages from origination through deployment and operations with leading partners in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and investment sectors.

- You’ll deliver projects from $100K to multi million in commercial, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.

Duties and responsibilities for this role will vary on the projects size and complexity, however includes following:

- End to end project communication and management of the relationship
- Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams
- Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
- Being point of contact for various working groups
- Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars
- Understanding formal escalation and review processes
- Providing support to business leaders when requested
- Thorough project documentation including creating and reviewing of reports

The position will be part-time (20-30 hours per week) with future potential to increase to full time. The position is located in Sydney CBD. We support flexible working from home and team is designed to work remotely.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Demonstrated stakeholder management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks across different departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Desire ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new systems and skills
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in the solar industry not required
- Training and on-boarding requires commuting to our Sydney CBD, after which a flexible work from home option is available

**Job Type**: Part-time (20-30 hours/week) | Salary: $30-35/hour
