**About the organisation**

A state government authority that operates regional passenger train and coach services in Victoria.

**About the role**

You will be providing high-quality project management administration services to ensure the projects are well organised, streamlined and transparent.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
- Assist with resource scheduling to support the team
- Schedule meetings, workshops and events, as well as related travel and catering bookings
- Facilitate communication between the project managers and stakeholders
- Manage project management documents including the project plan, budget, schedule, scope statement, purchase order and invoice
- Organise calendars, agendas, meeting minutes and action items

**Experience and skills**
- Previous experience in program or project coordination
- Strong administration experience including document control and reporting
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in using MS Office, specifically Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint
