A rare opportunity has arisen to become the sales and marketing manager for a leader in digital dentistry.
- You have exemplary leadership skills and is someone who mentor, train and empower your team for high performance across both sales and marketing.
- You have relevant business, sales, marketing and management experience and qualifications
- A standards-led professional, with a keen eye for detail, who is able to focus simultaneously on macro and micro levels.
- Experience building & executing go-to-market plans utilising in-depth knowledge of the industry & trends.
- You will have strong knowledge of our industry globally and a passion for all things dental implantology.
- You will be working with a highly engaged and motivated long-term team - and we want someone who will see themselves working for us on that basis. This is not a stepping stone role - it’s a destination.
- You have experience working with sales teams
- You are multilingual to enable you to communicate with suppliers and professional key opinion leaders around the world.
- You are able to analyse trends in the global implant industry.

**The Role**
- Promoting and implementing new implant education programs and growing the existing ones including internationally
- Promoting & implementing new product digital workflow solutions (CAD/CAM).
- Developing close relationships with relevant key opinion leaders.
- Implementing and maintaining sales tools and marketing collateral info packs, brochures, CRM etc.
- Identifying sales opportunities; new segments, new clients, new or existing products, existing client opportunities
- Refine the product range to suit strategic objectives
- Conduct competitor analysis; What major threat or disruption is on the horizon? How can they better compete in market?
- Financial - you must be sales-driven and fluent in all elements that impact clinical success. Someone who understands the importance and benefits of embracing new technologies, efficient systems and robust processes.
- Team leadership and people skills - motivating and inspiring your team, mentoring them to develop their potential and deliver the best experience to our customers.
- Growth - a business thinker, constantly looking for opportunities for growth and innovation, to preserve and grow our loyal customer base.

**Remuneration & Benefits**

The total salary package is significantly above industry with room for growth.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $129,488.35 per year
