An exciting opportunity is available for a Property Manager to join one of our award-winning offices within Inner Brisbane. You will be joining a highly experienced, knowledgeable, hardworking but fun team that thrives on exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and trades. You will be further supported by a long standing Property Management team and Directors who understand the importance of Property Management
Innovation and excellence are at the forefront of everything that we do here at Place, and we have the most up-to-date systems, technology, and processes to further support you in the role, which gives you the time and opportunity to fully nurture relationships with your landlords and tenants alike. Not to mention the extensive on-going training and social opportunities to mingle with other property management teams across the group plus the opportunity to attend the amazing Place Property Management Conference and Awards Evening.
Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:

- Manage and nurture your own property portfolio and client relationships;
- Management of property maintenance and repairs
- Arrears management
- Lease renewal management
- Conduct routine inspections and reports
- Completing entry and exit condition inspections and reports
- Benefit from the support of a Field Service Agent, Leasing Agent, Virtual Assistant and BDM

**Requirements**:

- Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration;
- At least 1-2 years’ experience as a Property Manager;
- A current valid QLD Driver’s License;
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills; and
- Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment;
- A genuine love of Property Management and People;
