One of Place's top agents is expanding their team and is looking for an exceptional Sales Assistant to join them This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be working alongside an extremely high performing and reputable agent, giving you an opportunity to build a full 360-degree picture of residential sales.

The duties in this role include but are not limited to the following:

- Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and pre-settlement inspections
- Being always on the move completing out-of-office tasks for the team
- Generating CMA’s & prospecting administration for your Lead Agent
- Setting up open homes
- Database management
- General assistance with PA duties /administration where required

**Requirements**:

- Strong desire to learn from the ground up
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute wherever needed
- Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle
- Experience in a customer facing industry
- Excellent work ethic and a high attention to detail
- Real Estate Sales Certificate or open to obtaining one
- Strong communication skills
