Construction Cost Manager, Aws Data Centre Delivery

Bachelor’s degree in a related field - Experienced in construction cost control is a must, with specific knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and CSA cost elements. - Experience with Data Center or other mission critical construction environments.
- Strong construction knowledge, be able to dive deep into aspects of construction scope and understand the cost of core elements with a particular focus on Mechanical and Electrical costs.
- Experience reviewing and justifying budgets and estimates, utilizing cost data and metrics for analysis and reporting.
- Experience with estimating software such as CostX, Cubit, Onscreen take-off, Timberline and Bluebeam.
- RICS accreditation
