About the Role

We’re looking for a Policy Administrator to join our energetic Melbourne underwriting team who will assist with the day-to-day underwriting processes of our SME portfolio.

Role Responsibilities:

- Processing outstanding SME business through RiskWrite (DUAL’s Operating System) to ensure all business is up to date.
- Issuing timely and accurate policy documentation.
- Registering submissions and issuing expiry notices.
- Processing mid-term adjustments according to underwriting approval and issue documentation.
- Developing working relationships with broker administration staff, underwriters and other key stakeholders.
- Clearing Pending Cash report in a timely manner and reporting to managers on outstanding items.
- Handling reception overflow calls and dealing with our customers.
- Managing expenses of Melbourne underwriting managers.

About You

This role will suit someone flexible with strong communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills, computer literacy and a passion for customer service. Administration experience in financial services area (insurance or banking) will be highly regarded but not essential.
