**About the role**

You will be reviewing the existing college policies and drafting new policies for improvement.

**Responsibilities**
- Draft new policies for various areas
- Develop procedures for every policy, including the existing and the new ones
- Prepare reports from the extracted data
- Resolve issues and enquiries from stakeholders of all levels
- Identify and proactively action matters in a timely manner

**Experience and skills**
- A background in Policy or Technical Writing would be highly regarded
- Highly proficient in using administrative tools such as MS Excel
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
