**Your role**:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Account Manager to join our Fosroc department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts within the waterproofing industry. The role will focus primarily on maintaining large accounts. You will play a crucial role in both nurturing existing relationships and driving growth within your accounts, with the goal of delivering exceptional service and supporting the ongoing success of the business. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts in the waterproofing industry
- Focus on both maintaining existing accounts and identifying opportunities for growth within the assigned portfolio.
- Ensure the primary geographic focus is Metro Perth, with approximately 90% of the business located in this area, and the remaining 10% in WA.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and the successful delivery of customer-specific solutions.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in managing and growing national accounts, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and strategic skills with a focus on achieving long-term business growth.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong market analysis skills, with the ability to translate trends into actionable strategies.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges and evolving business directions.
