**Your role**:
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Specification Manager to join our team, focused on building strong connections with key engineering and architectural specifiers, as well as major asset owners. Your mission will be to generate defendable, high-quality specifications that position Parchem products at the forefront of construction and infrastructure projects. Through meaningful engagement and technical support, you’ll ensure our specifications are adopted in documentation and successfully converted into sales.
Working across a defined territory, you'll take ownership of promoting Parchem’s innovative solutions by building rapport with stakeholders, running targeted presentations, and collaborating closely with the broader sales team. Your work will directly contribute to our strategic goals while providing a pathway to long-term professional growth within DuluxGroup’s supportive and high-performing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain a regular call cycle with specifiers, asset owners, and builder design teams within your territory.
- Drive the promotion and specification of Parchem products through professional and measurable engagement.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver joint seminars, training sessions, and build long-term relationships across the region.
- Identify new product or technology opportunities and communicate these to Product Managers.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, fostering a cooperative and respectful team environment.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated success in field sales and strong relationship management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and IBM Notes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- A valid Australian driver’s license is essential.
