**About the role**

The Platform Technology Manager acts as the technical conscience for the Payments Platform ensuring that build and run systems are within the approved technology roadmap. They provide technical leadership and serve as a single coordination point for all technology delivery teams (including vendors) contributing to the E2E Institutional Banking and Payments ecosystem.

**What you’ll do**
- Accountable for ensuring correct technical decisions are made and solutions built, within guardrails and represents all of T&O within Platform leadership
- Responsible for shortening time to value by ensuring architecture delivers on strategic goals
- Responsible for supporting Platforms & Tribes to navigate Practice guardrails and approvals, in collaboration with Practice Leads
- Stakeholder Management of key T&O and Business Executives

**What you’ll bring**
- 10+ years in Technology with 5+ years in a comparable leadership role
- Experience in Customer Payments and/or Institutional Banking (desired)
- Proven ability to provide expert advice to key stakeholders through influencing and negotiation
- Experienced in various program and project management disciplines, including ITIL, PMBOK, and Agile
