As Platform Product Owner in our Corporate Platform Team, you will lead a squad specifically aligned to the finance assets and procurement portfolio to deliver products and outcomes that meet our customers’ needs and deliver business value. You will be responsible for providing strong leadership across the squad, translating goals, and ensuring the delivery of complex technical and business solutions are met. You will have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, developing key relationships with internal teams, managed services, and our partners. You will be highly organised, flexible, and pragmatic with the ability to adapt to change.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead a squad and be accountable for daily decisions and removing blockers for the squad.
- Manage the platform squad backlog, ensuring outcomes are delivered.
- Ensure squad is compliant with appropriate governance measures in place throughout delivery.
- Manage the delivery of major projects and enhancements to the platform.
- Discovery and experimentation of ideas and delivering solutions to internal customers, including investigating new technology and conducting POC’s.
- Asset management in platform, eg: assets’ roadmap, budget, ensuring services meet requirements over the lifecycle, asset information periodically validated to meet business requirements.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business equivalent industry experience highly desired.
- Demonstratable strong leadership and people management skills and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Minimum 3+ years insurance or financial services industry experience.
- Minimum 1+ years of project delivery experience.
- Solid technology background and foundational asset knowledge.
- Demonstrable knowledge and practical skills in managing change and run of technology assets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, flexible and adaptable.
- Excellent relationship building, communication and influencing skills.
