**About the role**

The Platform Delivery Manager orchestrates the collective delivery activity within their Platform and across other Platforms to deliver the Platform Plan. The Platform Delivery Manager will work closely with the Platform Product Owner to plan for and deliver outcomes and manage the backlog at the Platform level. They will work with Product Owners to prioritise and refine their backlogs into meaningful missions and objectives to drive high performance and co-ordinate interdependencies between Squads. The Platform Delivery Manager plays a key role with ensuring that delivery is sequenced, blockers are removed, and squads are setup for success with Corporate Technology strategic programs of work.

**What you'll do**
- Defining, and obtaining executive management sign off on scope, key deliverables and outcomes
- Responsible for maintaining delivery plan to ensure outcomes are delivered
- Coordinate individual Squad plans into building a single Platform Plan
- Developing a view of the risks (delivery and delivered), issues, and dependencies, including escalations
- Stakeholder engagement by developing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Define, manage and monitor the Platform budget and financial reporting

**What you'll bring**
- 5+ years in Technology in a comparable leadership role
- 5+ years project management experience across a diverse range of technical domains
- Excellent knowledge of IT service principles including ITIL, process tools (ServiceNow) and frameworks
- Experienced in various project management disciplines - ITIL, PMBOK, Agile
- Excellent stakeholder engagement ranging from C-suite through to the project team.
- Previous experience in leading teams in a distributed model
