**About the role**:
As a NSW Account Manager for Selleys Sealants & Adhesives. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with prospective and established customers across the Trade/Industrial channels.

**Responsibilities**
- Account management and execution of business strategy
- Work as part of a team to deliver superior service & value to our customers
- Meet budget and KPI objectives across revenue, gross margin, product & service mix;
- Management of customers - loyalty programs; uptake of online ordering system;
- Identify & maximise in-store product opportunities

**Skills & Experience**
- Have proven Account Management / commercial experience
- Be a team player with a willingness to step up and guide/mentor others
- Have the ability to present/negotiate and influence effectively
- Have strong written and oral communication skills
- Possess a genuine desire to work collaboratively in order to drive growth
