**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager this key role is accountable for developing the Dulux Group Suite of products whilst cementing relationships with prospective and established customers across new commercial construction space.

Working in the greater Sydney region you will focus on achieving ongoing commercial growth; building strong relationships; and adding value to your customers through providing exceptional service and expert product knowledge.

**About You**:
You will have a passion for sales and a genuine desire to help customers overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will be motivated by developing a career with a market leader and be known for your ability to engage with customers and have a brilliant track record in growing market share. Ideally, you can demonstrate:

- Experience managing a territory and knowledge of the commercial building or construction markets
- Strong account management skills and the capability to chase and close new business;
- Proven experience meeting sales targets and managing sales cycles;
- Excellent written and verbal communications, negotiation, and influencing skills
- IT savvy with experience in MS Suite and CRM
