**What you’ll be doing**:

- Ownership of state and national based major insurance accounts and their performance
- Delivering an increase in the number of opportunities presented to O'Brien®
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and/or partnership development plans with any major account managed

**Your talent you’ll bring**:

- A minimum of 10 years account management and must be able to demonstrate drive for results
- High level of communication skills with a wide range of audiences
- Well-developed presentation skills
- Clear, precise communication skills
