
Sales Administrative

We are seeking for an energetic and diligent Sales Admin and Accounts Assistant who can assist our friendly team with the ongoing support.
Responsibilities will include, however not limited to:
- Processing Sales and Service Invoices through Xero
- Bookkeeping - Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Bank Reconciliations
- Data entry into accounting systems (Xero)
- Admin support to the business as required
To be successful you will need:
- Proven experience working in a bookkeeping role within a small-medium business. (experience within hospitality industry preferable but not essential).
- Proven experience in office administration and customer service
- Strong attention to details
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred but not essential)
- Customer Service and Office administration: 1 year (Preferred but not essential)
Start Date: ASAP
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
Work Location: In person
