**The Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a TAFE Services Coordinator to join the Customer & Stakeholder Relations team based in Western Sydney region. The TAFE Services Coordinator (TSC) is responsible for working collaboratively with local functional areas including training delivery, student services, facilities management, and other corporate services. This role ensures excellence in service experience on campus as well as optimising community and multicultural engagement. Daily operational duties may include managing accommodation requests, updating communication distribution lists, supporting campus emergency management and working closely with the local facilities management team for the set up of events. During peak times, there may be the need to support other campus locations.

**About You**

To be considered for the role you will have:

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience in relevant customer services environments
- Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and monitoring and delivering services meeting customer requirements.
