**The Role**:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Representative (38 hours per week, Monday-Friday).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Engaging potential customers through excellent communication and rapport-building to educate them about our educational packages and services
- Achieving individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Proactively building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, balancing sales and exceptional customer service
- Understanding the educational needs of students and matching them to our services

**About You**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Administration
- Passion and drive for sales, a commitment to superior customer service, and a strong motivation to achieve sales goals
- Exceptional telephone communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer support
- Self-motivated to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficient in computer skills and a quick learner of new platforms
