In the role of **Business Banking Manager, Professional Services,** you will join the highly engaged Professional Services team that’s doubling down on winning together.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Personally develop and manage a portfolio of key professional services customers and referral partners
- Identify new business and referral opportunities & establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, value and industry experience
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
- Implement local competitive and aggressive sales campaigns and initiatives & sell and promote tailored Bank products and services within Bank parameters

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Previous experience in business, commercial or private banking, ideally with exposure to professional services customers
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage a diverse portfolio
- Sound credit analysis and lending skills
- Strong understanding of business financials, cash flow cycle and customer risk profiles
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, business or related fields are highly desirable
