**BUSINESS BANKING MANAGER - PERTH**

Fantastic, permanent opportunity for an experienced business banker to join our team in Perth and manage a diverse portfolio of key SME customers.

**In this Business Banking Manager role, you will**
- Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
- Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Identify new referral opportunities.
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
- Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
- Manage day-day compliance requirements.

**What you’ll bring**
- A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours.
- Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
