SDP Solutions is fast growing Workforce and Contractor Management Company providing outsourcing solutions to companies that engages contingent workforce. Our service extends in areas of people engagement, knowledge based work and back office management. We operate Australia and New Zealand wide and in other regions in Europe, Asia and America.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

- Contractor and Client relationship management and giving clients the best experience with our services
- Manage contractor onboarding and contract administration and lifecycle of the contract
- Bank reconciliations, Journal entries and transaction posting
- Process payroll and invoices incl follow up some receivables using automated tools.
- Client reporting such as weekly margin reports & accounts receivables
- Take up new projects to improve process, systems, new products and client experience
- Process mapping and testing
- Follow up with clients on outstanding receivables

To be successful for this role you will need
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
- Ability and eagerness to learn and be involved in projects
- Experience in awards and payroll highly regarded
- Ability to follow up and complete challenging projects on time.
- Knowledge of Excel and commercial accounting software and accounting concepts is must.
- Recruitment industry background preferred
- Ability to work in an organised way, unsupervised with attention to detail within strict deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
