Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

- Contractor and Client relationship management and giving clients the best experience with our services
- Manage contractor onboarding and contract administration and lifecycle of the contract
- Bank reconciliations, Journal entries and transaction posting
- Process payroll and invoices incl follow up some receivables using automated tools.
- Client reporting such as weekly margin reports & accounts receivables
- Take up new projects to improve process, systems, new products and client experience
- Process mapping and testing
- Follow up with clients on outstanding receivables

To be successful for this role you will need
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
- Ability and eagerness to learn and be involved in projects
- Experience in awards and payroll highly regarded
- Ability to follow up and complete challenging projects on time.
- Knowledge of Excel and commercial accounting software and accounting concepts is must.
- Recruitment industry background preferred
- Ability to work in an organised way, unsupervised with attention to detail within strict deadlines
