- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for support workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Ensure all onboarding training is delivered, including induction and any mandatory training specific to the support worker role.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Recruitment Experience
- Experience in Community Services
- Experience and knowledge of the NDIS sector
- Administration and Customer Service Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $78,000.00 per year
