**THE ROLE**
As a Accounts Payable, you will contribute to the day to day running of the finance function. You will support the financial management and compliance of the business.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process high volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems
- Monitor processing of invoices
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports
- Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law
- Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles
- Stay updated on industry and legislative changes

**ABOUT YOU**
To qualify for this position, I'd like to talk to individuals who possess the following:

- Accomplished and with a background in property and business and trusts reconciliation
- ideally, degree qualified
- Experience in MYOB is a must
- Identify anomalies
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable
- Extensive experience coupled with a strong willingness to collaborate within a team-oriented setting
- Capability to precisely handle numerical data
- Proficiency in team management and negotiation
- A problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
