**THE COMPANY**
Our client is a family owned and operated business with a passion for producing the finest oil products and providing a quality service with natural and sustainable practices. For over 40 years they have supplied their products and services to food manufacturers, restaurants, cafes and other commercial businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

**THE ROLE**
Due to growth within the business, they are currently looking for a **_Sales Representative_** to join their busy team. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Work autonomously to achieve and exceed sales KPI's and growth targets
- Generate leads and calling on consumers to create awareness and drive demand
- Identify, develop and manage new areas of growth
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure current customers needs are met
- Managing customer accounts including responsibility for distribution, maintenance and providing product knowledge and demonstrations
- Up-selling and/or cross selling products and services to increase customer loyalty

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Self-motivated, with a drive to see results and succeed
- Fantastic time management and organisational skills
- Experience within the food industry or a food manufacturing environment desirable
- Must hold a valid and clean Australian Driver's Licence
- Previous experience in sales advantageous but not essential
