**Your opportunity**
As a People and Culture Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in managing our HR Information Management System (UKG Ready) and provide support and training to staff in across the organisation. You will play a critical role in LLW’s current project to upgrade and optimise the organisation’s utilisation of the UKG Ready platform. As such, you will be required to engage with internal stakeholders and the project team to combine your knowledge of HRIS systems and project best practice to support all aspects of the system implementation internally.
You will be part of a small but incredibly impactful People and Culture team that is well established and recognised by our internal stakeholders, and who are deeply committed to supporting our clinicians.
Your daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Undertake general system administration and maintenance of UKG Work Force Ready.
- Ensure data integrity is maintained within the HRIS system and troubleshoot system issues for all users.
- Provide a help desk support for all UKG Ready related queries.
- Support the Payroll team in their business processes, maintaining the data within the UKG Ready to ensure accurate and efficient payroll management.
- Take a lead in the ongoing maintenance, system improvements and new feature/updates to ensure effective implementation.
- Play a lead role in the technical build and testing of any new functionality developed through the current organisational project.
- Be able to trouble shoot technical issues or investigate problems users may encounter when using UKG Ready in their day to day roles.
- Plan and conduct user training for employees, Team Leaders, and managers.
- Create and maintain ‘How to’ guides, ‘cheat sheets’, and relevant resources for users.
- Analyse business processes and their requirements to align these against the available functionality of the UKG Ready platform
This is a full-time, ongoing role based in Spring Hill Brisbane CBD.
The salary package for this role is approximately $83-85K including base salary, full salary packaging, Superannuation, leave loading (17.5%), and 5 additional days of paid Wellbeing Leave.
**What you’ll bring**
**To succeed in this role, there are some essentials you’ll need**:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HRIS and/or Analytics.
- Strong knowledge and significant experience in using UKG Workforce Ready or other UKG Workforce solutions.
- Previous experience of delivering and implementing system improvements, either as part of a project or as part of continuous improvement, which align against agreed business needs and which have delivered against the agreed outcomes required.
- Tertiary qualification(s) in Human Resources, equivalent or relevant experience in Human Resources or Payroll.
- Advanced skills in Human Resources Information Systems including Payroll, HR, Recruitment and Rostering
- Highly developed skills in the analysis and interpretation of data.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to working confidentially and with discretion
