West HQ is seeking a a versatile and proactive **Digital Systems & Insights Analyst** to support the delivery, integration, and optimisation of our business systems and data platforms.

**About the role**:

- Build and manage Power BI dashboards and reports
- Assist with data extraction, cleansing, and system integrations
- Contribute to centralising data for unified reporting and insights
- Work with the Technical Specialist on monitoring, upgrades, and patching
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to improve systems and data flow
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Team to support resolution of user issues when required

**About You**:

- 3+ years’ experience in data analysis, business systems, or technical support (hospitality background desirable)
- Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft 365, and Power Automate, with strong Excel and data visualisation skills
- Experience using SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Understanding of APIs, SaaS integrations, and how systems connect and share data
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts
- A proactive, adaptable team player comfortable working across multiple IT functions
