**Service Delivery Coordinator**

**about THE ROLE**:
Are you looking to take the next step in your career with a role that paves the way to becoming a Service Delivery Manager? As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting our Service Delivery Managers by generating and collating monthly reports, delivering reports to smaller customers, and preparing ‘Welcome Packs’ to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Service Improvement Ideas Portal.
- Coordinate Service Delivery Monthly Reporting.
- Creating Service Transition Collateral.
- Support Service Improvement Initiatives.
This role is vital in supporting Service Delivery success by facilitating clear communication of our processes and systems and enhancing Tecalas’ customer experience.
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
**The ‘Must haves’**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities, with a talent for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Solid experience working for an MSP or understanding of IT services.
- Ability to quickly integrate into the team and collaborate across various levels and departments.
- Experience in customer reporting and document presentation.
- Proficiency in O365 (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe DC.
**The ‘Nice to haves’**:
- Experience in problem, incident, and change management within an ITIL environment.
