**Delivery Coordinator (Cyber)**
- Ongoing (permanent) opportunity- SNSW Grade 7/8- Salary $95,136 - $112,164 + Superannuation

- This position is responsible for providing Coordination and support to the Cyber Enablement team, other Delivery managers, and to manage delivery of Cyber Security projects efficiently. The Delivery Coordinator works closely with both Digital Services and Partnership, Projects and Insights team members and managers to support project planning, resourcing and delivery.

**Your day-to-day**- Provide a range of project management and support services, ensuring project and administration activities are undertaken to enable the project team to complete tasks and achieve agreed outcomes on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established project management methodology-
- Develop and maintain customer, stakeholders and vendor relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met-
- Coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans-
- Prepare and maintain project related documentation and source and collate information for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to contribute to achievement of the project outcomes and identification of emerging issues- Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning

- Analytical approach to interpreting data and communicating insights-
- Advanced time management capabilities and experience meeting hard deadlines-
- Advanced project documentation and report writing skills-
- Demonstrated experience in project management and policy administration-
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships-
- Be self-motivated, adaptable and committed to delivering a work class customer experience- Ability to balance competing priorities to ensure project objectives are achieved
