**APS6 ICT Service Delivery Coordinator**

This role will be responsible for overseeing service delivery to the department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage and coordinate the activities of project implementations to ensure that the goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed timeframe
- Ensure release and outage schedules are communicated to business stakeholders
- Lead the testing and coordination of system changes and releases
- Assisting business stakeholders in preparing for new releases and any rectification action after new releases
- Ensure the impact of release of any change involves the right due diligence and approvals to ensure delivery of quality whilst managing customer, business, and operational.
- Management and coordinate of pilots and related testing and consolidation of results
- Coordination and management of incidents including communication and working with both internal and external stakeholders towards resolution

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience and ability in Release, Incident and Change management
- Excellent understanding of the ITIL framework
- Experience in relationship building and maintenance with internal and external customer
- Experience identifying, assessing, tracking and managing risks, issues, conflicts, change requests and priorities throughout their lifestyle.
- Experience working in an IT Delivery environment
- Experience in Change and/or Problem Management an advantage
