Our educators are passionate about early years education and our People team partner closely with them in the delivery of people-centred solutions to support C&K’s vision and purpose.

We are excited to offer a new position for a skilled HR Advisor/HR Business Partner to contribute to and assist in embedding and driving the people programs within C&K for all team members throughout their journey with us. This role will be based at our Central Office in Kedron.

**The role**:
Day to day, you will be accountable for:

- **Solutions Focus**:Partnering with our managers to provide HR advice and technical expertise that supports business relevant solutions. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as sector best practice;
- **Administration, Data and Reporting**:Reporting to provide trends and metrics in order to inform decision making and highlight trends with a view to continuous improvement of our people practices.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or related field, or equivalent work experience;
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR advisory or business partnering role with demonstrated skills in coaching and supporting leaders;
- A proven ability to build strong relationships based on effective advice;
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
- Experience working in the early childhood education and care sector is highly desirable.
- All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check._
