Our educators are passionate about early years education and our People team partner closely with them in the delivery of people-centered solutions to support C&K’s vision and purpose.

We are now excited to offer a new position for a skilled HR Advisor/HR Business Partner to contribute to and assist in embedding and driving the people programs within C&K for all team members throughout their journey with us. This role will be based at our Central Office in Kedron.

**The role**:
Day to day, you will be accountable for:

- **Solutions Focus**:Partnering with our managers to provide HR advice and technical expertise that supports business-relevant solutions. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as sector best practices;
- **Administration, Data and Reporting**:Reporting to provide trends and metrics in order to inform decision-making and highlight trends with a view to continuous improvement of our people practices.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or related field, or equivalent work experience;
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an HR advisory or business partnering role with demonstrated skills in coaching and supporting leaders;
- A proven ability to build strong relationships based on effective advice;
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations;
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
- Experience working in the early childhood education and care sector is highly desirable;
- All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check and, as a condition of employment, all employees are required to have 1st and 2nd COVID Vaccinations._
