**About the Project**

The Licencing Reform and Complaints, Compliance & Enforcement (CCE) Program is key to DCS’ vision to give the people of NSW a great customer experience when they interact with NSW government regulators and forms part of the overall e.Regulation strategy to create the world's easiest and secure digital regulatory experiences.

These Projects will all support creating a single view of business compliance requirements and aim to remove manual processes and products which will increase the productivity of customers and agencies, contributing significant economic benefits to NSW.

Through this work you will make a personal contribution to ensuring that consumers and workers in NSW are better protected and that markets operate fairly.

You will do this by helping to build digitally enhanced compliance and enforcement solutions, integrating tools that are easy and secure for modern proactive, risk-based regulatory practices that improve outcomes for consumers, businesses and workers.

These include:

- Enhanced functionality in the Service NSW ‘My Business Profile’ to give businesses a consolidated view of their regulatory obligations, reducing effort for businesses to comply with their regulatory obligations
- A new case management system for regulators to manage complaints, compliance inspections and programs, and investigations & enforcement more effectively and efficiently.
- Ground-breaking data-dashboards which give regulators an intelligent joined-up view of regulated businesses and industries drawing on data from across state and federal government

**About the Role**

***The Program is seeking multiple Product Managers to change the way licensing services are delivered to the citizens of NSW. The Product Manager is responsible for end to end management of a group of products, including taking products from strategy, through to initial idea, implementation, support and continuous improvement to enable the successful delivery of the Division’s objectives. The Product Manager will establish an effective product team
and culture to support the development and management of Division’s services delivering meaningful customer value.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Lead multi-disciplinary Agile team to manage the product lifecycle
- Lead research, including consultation with stakeholders and related activities, to define current and future product enhancement to meet customer needs and maximise return on investment
- Consult with service and technology providers to integrate products and services to maximise value for money in digital service delivery
- Design, lead and support communications and engagement activities to build organisational understanding and by-in of customer-centric design and approach in Agile environment.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, helping to define, de-risk and execute against product vision
- Effectively communicate product roadmaps to stakeholders, supported by customer research and data analytics
- Design, lead & champion user-centred product development methodologies and customer-centric approaches

**About You**

***To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Product Manager with experience working in an Agile and Lean methodologies. This is a highly technical role. experience in building or managing software product(s) is a must
