**About the Company**:
Operating from three workshops, covering extensive indoor and outdoor areas, totaling over 65,000 square meters.

**The Role**:
We are seeking a Supervisor to join their team on an immediate start, temporary basis.

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business in optimizing operational and financial efficiencies.

Leading a team of workshop employees, you will drive safety, productivity, and quality, and foster a high-performance culture based on safe work practices and accountability. Your responsibilities will include:
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Championing safety by actively participating in WHSE activities and promoting a strong WHSEQ culture.
- Reviewing building folders to ensure compliance with customer contracts.
- Ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Managing and allocating resources to meet short
- and long-term goals and operational requirements.
- Strategically planning for future order pipelines for existing customers.
- Developing and coaching the Production leadership team while effectively communicating and consulting with the workforce.

**About You**:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and have proven experience in leading production teams. We are looking for an individual who is motivated to deliver quality workmanship, prioritize safety, and uphold a strong work ethic. The following qualifications and skills are desirable:

- Trade Certification; Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Work Health & Safety, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within Manufacturing or a Heavy Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the business.
