Our client, The Ferrara Karaoke Bar is currently seeking two vibrant & passionate full-time Bar Managers to join our friendly team.

**The Role**
***
This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic customer-focused Bar Managers who have exceptional leadership skills and wishes to further their career within the hospitality industry.

Applicants should have experience in all aspects of beverages and product knowledge, along with high attention to detail regarding management of stock. You will be required to provide training and development to all casual employees.

**To be successful you must have**:

- Approved Manager Certification (WA).
- Must have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Covid/hygiene Certification
- Experience with stock ordering and stock control
- Drivers licence with reliable car
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends. 8pm until late Tuesday to Saturday
- Must be available to open and close the bar
- Experience completing wages and rostering
- Experience with promoting the business and events
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships with all customers and clients
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Honest, Reliable and excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional cash handling skills, including the ability to reconcile cash/EFTPOS terminals with accuracy.
- The ability to manage a shift in a fast-paced environment and maintain staff motivation & initiative levels during non-service periods.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of wine and beer (local & imported).
- The ability to demonstrate skills & knowledge and train staff in Bar Tending skills.
