Oyster Bar Elizabeth Quay is seeking casual bartenders (all rounders) who have the ability to work both on the floor and have solid bartending skills.

The venue operates to bar areas including our roof top bar and level one bar which we would like to add valuable staff to our team for the busy summer and beyond.

Our beautiful waterfront location has some of the best views in Perth and we are seeking applicants that want to work in a fantastic location and have the ability to deliver a high level of service to our customers at all times.

Key competencies include:

- RSA essential - COVID Certificate - Positive attitude - Willingness to learn - Can use initiative - Solid knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails - Carry 3 plates - Ability work under pressure in a fast paced bar - Well present - Experience in a similar role

Various position available starting at 20hours available to begin with. Up to 30+ available during peak summer and function periods for suitable applicants.

Hours include weekdays, nights and especially weekends, Christmas and New Year Period

The role and responsibilities include:

- Provide a high level of customer service
- Highly organized and responsible
- Be creative and have a passion to succeed
- Passion for hospitality and people
- Attention to detail
- Have a positive attitude and committed to delivering a high level of food and customer service
- Ability to show leadership and work as part of a team
- Excellent presentation, time management
- Show initiative
- Work nights, weekends and public holidays (essential)
- Hold current RSA certificate
- Experience working with grills, fryers and prep work can also be incorporated into your role if you have a passion for food.
