Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth is looking for an experienced Reservations & Events Coordinator to join the team.

**About the role**

Duties include:

- Clients liaison for all event orders and relate to operation team
- Client Meet & Greet on the day of each events and hand over to the Manager on Duty
- Facilitate all payment processes in relation to deposits and invoicing
- Maintain and update our reservation platform and website
- Support the Management team with administrative related tasks
- Develop and maintain positive and enjoyable relationships with clients, stakeholder and team members
- Be a positive and well-presented ambassador for the business, highly organized, hands-on, and energetic.
- Must have RSA and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a functions and events role in hospitality or reservation.
