About the Role

Duties

  • Assisting in the management and supervision of the Songbird & Hearth Lounge team.
  • Assists in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, standards and expectations are met.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant policies, standards, procedures, regulations and laws.
  • Assists servers and hosts on the floor during meal periods and high demand times.   
  • Supervises Songbird & Hearth Lounge and all related areas in the absence of the Beverage & Bar Manager.     

Skills & Experience

  • Approved Manager Certification from Nationally Accredited Training provider (inclusive of RSA)
  • Nationally Recognised Food Safety Certification for Supervisors
  • Experience working in management role preferable
  • Experience working in a Restaurant (or Food & Beverage outlet) required.
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia
