**About the Role**
The Implementation Officer role is an 16-month Fixed term role with the project team implementing YMCA Victoria's new staff rostering system.

As one of four team members in this role, you will participate in project activities aimed at delivering efficiency, accuracy and consistency to our workforce, in relation to staff scheduling, leave and payroll administration.

Project activities will include:

- Investigation and analysis of the current systems and processes;
- Partnering to develop a consolidated replacement solution;
- Leading the workforce through implementation of the new solution;
- Collaborating to establish a post-implementation support framework and change management activities such as consultation, communication and training wherever necessary.

This is a 16 month maximum term assignment with flexible working arrangements which will see you work both from home and the Box Hill State Office. Remuneration is a salary package up to $118k (inc super) dependent on experience.

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in one or more of the below:

- HR system implementation projects
- Rostering or Payroll administration
- Humanforce and/or TimeTarget

You will exemplify strong problem-solving skills (look for underlying causes, and suggest alternative actions). Well-developed desktop computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint) accompanied by excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential
