We are seeking an experienced home care Rosterer/Scheduler. This full time position is located in the Brisbane CBD and is part of a team responsible for scheduling in-home workers who provide in-home care services to older people. The position is business hours Monday to Friday with no-on call.

You will have a minimum of 1 years experience with Rostering/Scheduling home care workers in the community and enjoy the fast paced and diverse role that is Rostering. You will be well supported with training and as a non-profit salary sacrificing is available.

**To be successful in this role **you will have a friendly and kind nature and:

- A minimum of 1 years experience rostering/scheduling within a home care organisation
- Experience using Rostering Systems in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to communicate well with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Empathic and understanding of the needs of Clients and their families
- Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to prioritise own workload with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team

You will need to be a permanent Australian resident and have a National Police Check (or willingness to obtain). You are required to be fully vaccinated - COVID19 and Influenza.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
